Key Responsibilities
- Circulate and/or scrub during endovascular procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and coordinate care with multiple departments.
- Utilize EMR systems (Epic/Optime) and operate specialized OR equipment including vascular surgical instruments and monitoring devices.
- Adhere strictly to professional nursing guidelines, state nursing practice acts, and facility protocols.
- Respond to patient needs across all age groups, focusing on comfort and optimal outcomes.
Qualifications And Experience
- Current and valid RN license eligible for Missouri.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Endovascular OR.
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA only) required.
- Experience with surgical circulating; scrub experience preferred.
- Proficient with OR technology and equipment related to vascular surgeries.
Schedule
- Day shift, 4x10 hours (0700-1700).
- 36 guaranteed hours weekly.
- Weekend on-call approximately once per month.
Additional Information
- Scrubs provided (facility-specific color: blue).
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption required November through April.
- This is a 13-week contract position suitable for local candidates.
